STEP 2 - CHAMPION TRAINERS RECOMMEND STEPS TO GET STARTED: Eric Thomas will review your situation and provide an initial consultation to discuss the program and recommend ways to get started.
- All you can eat foods, Things to avoid, and Increasing the number of Meals/Snacks per day.
- Knowing what not to eat /drink and substitutes that can satisfy your cravings.
- Easy to do activities & exercises that shed pounds and stretching to improve circulation & minimize injuries.
STEP 3 - PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTS TO ACCELERATE WEIGHT LOSS: One month supply of dietary supplements and/or digestive aids to flush the body of toxins and improve metabolism.
